The Notification and Federal Employee Antidiscrimination and Retaliation (NoFEAR) Act, increases federal agency accountability for acts of discrimination or reprisal against employees for whistle blowing or filing complaints of discrimination.
Pursuant to Title III of the NoFEAR Act, federal agencies are required to post quarterly on their public Web sites certain summary statistical data relating to equal employment opportunity complaints filed against the respective agencies. In compliance with this provision of the NoFEAR Act, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security posts cumulative statistical data for equal employment opportunity complaints for the entire department including within this cumulative statistical data is data from the Neighborhood Network Watch. The Neighborhood Network Watch operates in conjunction with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and all questions regarding these statistics should be directed to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. This data is updated on a quarterly basis.
